GOPI is a program that you can use to look up patents on Active Noise and Vibration Control very easily. The information is stored in a database holding more than 5700 patents in 2060 main entries (mostly patent families) that were collected by Dr. Dieter Guicking from different sources.

Features

The main features of the program are as follows:

• More than 2000 patent entries, more than 5700 including all related patents (as of April 2005).
• Full texts of patents until 1992 (incl).
• Every patent entry contains ten data fields: Inventor, Applicant, Title, Patent data, Keywords, Abstract and others.
• Fast and incremental search in one or all data fields.
• Support of wildcards and logical operators by the search algorithm.
• Unlimited number of search results that can be viewed simultaneously.
• Sorting of the search results.
• You can specify the sort order of the data fields and every (!) character.
• Saving and loading of the search results in text format.
• Exporting the search results to the formats LaTeX2e, HTML and Rich Text.
• German or english user interface (incl. help file).
• Many useful adaptable program settings.
